A person called Mark, hired at least one tradesman under the name JMJ Construction Ltd (not their company)
and had the contract signed by a man called Graeme, while their company is named JMJ Design and Construction Ltd.
When it was time to pay for the works, JMJ Design and Construction Ltd, refused to pay.
Leaving date and 'signed by' blank is not going to help them!
Tradesman:
I was shocked at the shambles on the site. Plasterwork, plaster boarding, the joinery:
everything was amateurish: nails sticking out of skirting, plaster board I had to fill and fix, the walls were a mess etc.
This is a mess gang at work.They are preparing four flats here, and in a very messy way.
It seems Tradesmen just leave them again and again.
